  Stanley Krasnow  

Stanley J. Krasnow, Chairman, joined International Business Machines [NYSE: IBM] in 1966 as a systems engineer. Within 15 years he was elevated to Vice President, Planning, responsible for the business planning of a then $22 billion business in IBM products and services for the United States market. From 1992 until his retirement he held numerous positions in IBM's Worldwide Software Group, then an $11 billion business. The positions Stan held among the Software Group were: Vice President, Planning and CIO; Vice President of Worldwide Software Sales Operations and Technical Support; Vice President of Software Sales Operations in Asia Pacific; and Vice President of Worldwide Enterprise Software Sales, where his team built a 300-person sales force that increased sales in this segment from $50 million to $1 billion in three years. Stan became a member of the Astaro Board in 2003 and was elected Chairman in 2004.

       
  Frank Bohnke  

Frank Böhnke joined Wellington Partners as a General Partner in January 1998. Since then, he has been responsible for several successful investments, including ACG (IPO and acquired by Asa Abloy), alando.de (acquired by eBay Inc.), webmiles (acquired by Bertelsmann), Cobion (acquired by Internet Security Systems Inc.) and SAF (IPO at Frankfurt Stock Exchange). Frank's investment activities focus on the fields of Software and Services. He currently holds board seats with Astaro, Safe ID Solutions, Swyx Solutions, Euroclick Ltd and Wazap!. Prior to joining Wellington Partners, Frank spent eight years in technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York, London and Frankfurt. He advised customers such as IBM, Bertelsmann and Siemens on numerous M&A mandates and accompanied the NASDAQ listings of technology companies like EIDOS, Iomega and Dassault Systems. Frank holds degrees in Business Administration from the University of Essen and the University of Toronto (1989).

       
  Peter Levin  

Peter L. Levin Ph.D., is President, CEO and Founder of DAFCA Inc. He was previously a general partner at the Munich-based venture capital firm Techno Venture Management, where he focused on EDA and semiconductor startups. He was a tenured professor and research dean at Boston University and is known for his award-winning work in computer modeling and simulation. Levin was a Presidential Young Investigator (Bush ‘41), Humboldt Research Fellow (TU Darmstadt), and a White House Fellow (Clinton). He studied at Carnegie Mellon University and is a consulting professor at Stanford University.

       
  Mike Triplett  

Michael Triplett joined Insight in 1998. Mr. Triplett was an investment professional at Summit Partners, where he focused on investments in infrastructure and enterprise application software companies. Prior to joining Summit, Mr. Triplett worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. and at Midland Data Systems. Mr. Triplett graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics, cum laude.
